Nigerian syndrome

Everything has to be a lie, or not completely true

It's just too good to be true

How can it be that cheap?

How can it be this simple?

No not here; not in this country

You can't just give me a free lift; you definitely want something from me

How can you offer a voluntary service?

No not here; not in this country

You saw the money in a bag and you didn't pick it up?

That's hard to believe; impossible I would say

I could go on and on about this matter

But hear me

Ingenuity exists, so does genuity 

Don't forget that

Flee from this syndrome

TRAMPLED LINEAGE

Many are  the numbers. Standing tall are valiant men. The weapons their hands clinched to were hell scaring, wagging it high with a sense of worth and understanding. They broke chains and released souls. We  call them 'Bro Fire'. Behind them were some creatures more fair and beautiful to behold. They are called 'The Women'. You know this one's for you. You always smile at me and tell me it's okay when we know deep down it's not but I find a way to believe you anyway. You stand atop the tallest buildings so you can spot the evil from a mile away and protect us from it but we've never really taken the time to ask if you might be scared of heights. As Tife  walked home with a spring in his step sometimes skipping along the way, he kept smiling to himself. He couldn't believe the long awaited time had finally come. The scales covering their eyes were slowly falling off, they were beginning to see the truth.
