and eventfully uplifting your tight up jaws and 
Cracking open your sealed mouth 
To reveal your prestigious "iron tooth"
That gives a unique blend

distributing a unique skin pigment; 
That strong built will in your veins 
exhibiting the confidence transposed into you by your spouse 
Which reminds me of the creativity the creator savoured on you

That's exactly what your spouse does
